Shipping & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been sold.
Please ensure that all questions and doubts are clarified before completing your purchase.

If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will process the exchange or the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition. You will receive email notification of your exchange or refund from us.

There are no return shipping fees. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Additional information can be found in the section – Damaged Items. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.

Can i return an item purchased in a store to nanojapan.online?
Returns or exchanges for purchases made in other online stores or any physical stores may not be returned to nanojapan.online. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through nanojapan.online, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution.

If i ordered/ received the wrong product, should i return it?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible via email go@nanocollagenshop.com for assistance.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately via email go@nanocollagenshop.com
